When you use the contact form: name, email address, company, selected regulations and your message.

When you submit the form, your IP address is held briefly in server memory to limit spam. It is not stored and is discarded within 10 minutes.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical request data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you requested. These logs are kept for a short period (currently around 30 minutes) by our hosting provider.

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up on a possible collaboration.
• To occasionally send you updates about Nitro Compliance that are relevant to your enquiry. You can opt out at any time by replying to the email or contacting info@nitrocompliance.com.
• To protect the website and the contact form against spam and abuse.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to and following up on business enquiries, and in keeping the website secure (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). You have the right to object to this processing at any time.

We only share your data with service providers that process it on our behalf:

• Resend – sends contact form submissions to our inbox. Data is processed in the EU (Ireland). Resend is a US company; any access from outside the EU/EEA is covered by Resend's data processing agreement, which relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Microsoft 365 – our email service, where enquiries are received and stored.
• Vercel – hosts this website and runs the contact form. Contact form data is processed in the EU (Stockholm, Sweden).

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep your contact details for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we enter into an agreement with you, in which case the agreement's terms apply.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind, and it does not store anything in your browser.

All fonts, images and videos are served from our own domain, so visiting the site does not send requests to third parties such as Google. The LinkedIn link in the footer only contacts LinkedIn if you click it.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Contact info@nitrocompliance.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), www.imy.se.
